Had MARYAM - Gave her two SPECIFIC instructions:\r

2. DON'T TOUCH THE LENGTH!\r

She said, "Oh no, I'll just take off about half an inch or so to make the ends look healthy."\r

What did she do? She cut off 5-6 inches of my hair! I went from having hair at the middle of my back, all the way up to my shoulders! \r

WHAT WAS SHE THINKING???\r

I am so furious. To make matters worse, the short hair I now have isn't even attractive. It's a bizarre 80's style and absolutely hideous. I've never been so disappointed in a haircut in my life.\r

You get what you pay for, ladies, and I would never, ever recommend this salon. I don't understand how she could have done this...
