My mother's cat was misdiagnosed by a Lakeside. My mother, who is 80, took her cat in due to ear and balance problems. They immediately diagnosed "ear mites", sent her home with meds for that cat and others in the household, while demeaningly referring to her as "dearie". Costing her $100s (not to mention hours of at home treatments), for a cat she has to now euthanize for a tumor that could have been treated if diagnosed properly. Shame on them. I would NEVER take an animal there again.\r
