I have read some of these reviews and I have been going to this hospital for years. I have never once had an issue with any one being heartless. The staff at the hospital are so caring and compassionate that I would and will not go any where else. I see the man doctor and he is a good doctor. They have had to put several of my long lost friends down and they tell you prior to it what may happen so you won't be alarmed it's not a bad thing if you have never been through putting your friend down. They have the compassion and love like I wish others had they got down on there knees with me and cried and hugged me!!! Now if that's not being part of a family I don't know what is. Keep up the great work guys!!!!
