I'm dumbfounded. We took our dog to Dr. Kelley to have a lump removed from her leg. While there, my husband mentioned that we think that our dog drinks alot of water. Dr. Kelley said that we need to do a complete work up to make sure she doesn't have diabetes. He would call in the morning and give us the results. Very caring, very patient, spent lots of time with them. The next morning, the attitude changed. He told my husband that our dog is severely diabetic and will need two insulin shots a day for the rest of her life. Could he bring the dog in for instructions and medication? My husband tried to call twice to schedule a good time, but there was no answer. So he stopped in. The receptionist was combative and condescending. My husband called her on it and asked her to stop.
