Revisited Review: Good Physician and Nurses, Improved Receptionists
I'm pleased to see that Tuality has a new receptionist who is to nice patients. I've always been satisfied with Peter Hoffman M.D. I think that he cares about patients and provides great service. But when the first and last person that you talked with in reception was always rude, it was hard to have a pleasant experience. Looks like 'Lisa' is no longer in reception, so I'm very happy to keep my business with Tuality Physicians.
