I totally agree with the previous poster! That was my exact experience. I have been consigning with Passage for a few months. The last two times I went in to pick up the items that did not sell, I searched the store and did not find about 25-35 items! I was told this was highly unusual. Later I was told all my items got donated to charity by mistake! They donate antying you don't pick up in time but I was always on time to pick up my items. I was given some money but it was only my items at 75% off minus 50%! What a huge dissapointment and when I had to confront the staff about some other missing items I was given the run around several times and was spoken to very rudely and disrespectully and was made to feel I was being a pain in the butt for wanting my items back at all. About 99% of their consigners allow them to donate their goods at the end of consignment so when to their suprise I did come in to try to get my items, the only excuse they had was that they gave me items away by accident. Pathetic! I ought to report this business to the BBB but I did sign their contract that says if theft does occur, it is too bad for the consignor.
