was in the market for a new car and was interested in trying out a Ford. I was warmly greeted right when I walked through the door and the sales person was so friendly! He sat down with me and went through all the options; I fell in love with the ""Mediterranean Blue"" Edge that was on their show room floor; I had to dealer trade for it since they had just sold the one I saw but it was so EASY to do! The whole sales team made the process just effortless. I got my new edge in a week, the sales person walked me through SYNC and showed me all the buttons. It was a little overwhelming but he said to have me give him a call whenever I had any questions. Super Nice! They also have a service department (which I'm totally going to use) that makes it overall convenient. Thank you NorthStar Ford for being so wonderful! I'll definitely be back when I'm in the market!
