One on One has truly changed my life. When I first started, I was scared, unfit and 40 lbs overweight. I was a Junior at Penn State and really needed some help. It was unbelievable how much they helped me. They started me slowly, helped me develop some confidence and, before I knew it, I was actually looking forward to working out. When I graduated, they took the time to teach me several circuit training routines I still use. They even welcome me when come in and workout for free when I have been back to visit friends. \r
