I highly disagree with the above review. I have lost 10 pounds and 2 inches around my waist in 3 months. But, more importantly, I have improved my muscle strength and totally changed my eating habits (at their suggestion.) At the beginning, I started to gain weight, but when they talked to me about this and made suggestions regarding the foods I was eating, the weight came off and continues to come off. THAT was the problem (not the training!) Each session is different so I don't get bored. The staff are exceeding friendly (every trainer knows your name - not just the one(s) assigned to you) and it is clear that they enjoy working there. They just honored 2 people - 1 for 5 years and 1 for 10 years working there. I talked to many of the clients in the locker room, and they have been coming 2 to 3 days a week for YEARS.... I couldn't be more happy with the motivation, the guidance and the results of my time spent there. It's well-worth the price. If you are looking for a private setting, an ""older"" crowd (30 up to 80!) and a whole team of trainers to help motivate you, this is the place.
