So great to taste the wonderful flavors of the Mediterranean right here in Davie! Our hostess was none other than the ever delightful owner and fellow francophile Victoria Williamson of Churchill's fame. The menu was masterminded by maestro Pascal and executed to perfection by chef Giuseppe. With that team in place, expectations were high that this would be a food lovers delight. Well let me tell you that they didn't disappoint! Our dinner was cooked to perfection and customized to the last detail. We started with scrumptious scallops, continued with crispy duck confit (one of my all time favorite dishes), followed it up with tender lamb chops, and finished with tastings of chocolate mousse and creme brulee. All of this feasting was done with a few aromatic bottles of Francis Ford Coppola's 2006 ruby red Claret that complemented the food perfectly. What else to say --except it's a must for breakfast, lunch or dinner. For a peak experience, make sure to stroll into 'On the Menu' --it'll make you feel like you stepped out of Davie and into a Paris bistro!!
