I have been a client with Philipes for many years now. Actually, my mom and I both have been clients- and we have never been unsatisfied with our services. We have experienced everything from the waxing to the massages and everyone has always been helpful, informative and willing to accommodate whatever is asked of them. \r

I will say that most of the negative remarks that are made below can only be taken with a grain of salt. No one has any right to be upset over an appointment that couldn't be accomodated when they arrive 15 minutes late for a 30 minute service! I don't know if some people believe that Philipes has the god-given ability to create more time- but the reality is, they do not. \r

Philipes will do whatever they can to make your experience a relaxing and enjoyable one. The front desk is kind and will offer you a beverage the moment you sign in for an appointment. The service providers at Philipes are always there to make your experience not only relaxing, but informative as well. They are well versed in their knowledge of products and other skin-related issues, which encourages me and my mother to go back... because we know that we are in good hands. \r

This spa has always been at the top of my list and I encourage clients- new and old- to be aware that while Philipes is there to make your morning/afternoon/evening a relaxing one... that, us, as clients, need to do our part and do the most important thing-- be there and BE ON TIME. :) \r

Overall, I am huge fan of this spa and refer friends/family there all of the time!
