This was my husband’s and my first car purchase, and we were dreading a long day of paperwork and sales jargon. But Sean completely surprised us! The weather was miserable, but he happily got us in the car to test drive, offered information when we didn’t know what questions to ask, and told us about his own Ford Focus. By the end of the morning, we drove off the lot, proud new owners of 2011 Focus! Thank you, North Central Ford! We plan to return very, very soon to replace another car!
