This was my husband’s and my first car purchase, and we were dreading a long day of paperwork and sales jargon. But Sean completely surprised us! The weather was miserable, but he happily got us in the car to test drive, offered information when we didn’t know what questions to ask, and told us about his own Ford Focus. By the end of the morning, we drove off the lot, proud new owners of 2011 Focus! Thank you, North Central Ford! We plan to return very, very soon to replace another car! more

Terrible Place to Try and Buy a Car - Buyer Beware 5/24/2010

This dealership told us they could sell us the car we wanted. We made a deal with a 1500.00 trade in and $1500 down. We verabally agreed to this then the salesperson tried to get us to sign a statement saying we would pay a $3000 downpayment plus our trade in. when we noticed the added downpayment he tried to state that he had misunderstood us even though we had spent an hour discussing what we would pay. The salesman and financing dept would never tell us what interest rate we were looking at.\r \r I called back the next day, spoke to a director of sales and told them we had gotten our own financing. We wanted the same price on the car and the same amount for our trade in. we discussed the financing and he stated that they would rather finance and that he didnt like the financing we had because they had to pay a fee to the financing company. The director told me he would call me back. he called me back hours later to tell me they no longer accepted that financing.\r \r Unless you like to spend hours being lied to and treated badly, you might want to skip going here for your purchase. Used car died less than 24 hours after purchase 4/30/2010

I bought a Mercedes E320 from this dealership. I was driving from Dallas to Portland. The car died in the middle of no where. I had a to get a tow for 187 miles, repaired and had to stay in a hotel. I bought the car ""as-is"" for $5900 out the door. After all this crap I had to put another $1900 into it. They are only going to pay $600. So unless you want to be lied to, you may not wanna think twice. Pros: Not sure if there really was any Cons: Majority more

Horrible 2/18/2010

I purchased a 2008 Altima from the used car lot recently. When they ""detailed"" my car before I drove it off the lot, the detailing crew tore the tint on my window when they pulled off the information sheet from the passenger side window. I was promised I'd get a call back to have this repaired, and nobody ever called. I'm still working on getting this fixed. There was a plastic cap missing from the front bumper, which they have also not helped me to get fixed. About 3 weeks after owning the car, having not even made my first payment yet, I had engine trouble and had to take it in for service at a Nissan dealership today. They took off the engine cover only to find thousands of rat droppings all over the engine. North Central Ford failed to give it any sort of thorough inspection when they purchased it from the previous owner to resell. If the rats turn out to be the reason for my engine troubles, it will not be covered under warranty. The pre-owned section of Ford is a dump. It feels like you're rickety old trailer house. The salesmen were friendly, but that's about as much as I can say in a positive light about my experience. Avoid this place like a plague. Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything more

This is the worst dealer i have ever been to. They make promises on pricing, and service, and then after you have purchased the car their promises become FLAT OUT LIES!!!!. \r I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Buy Private owners instead of dealing with these crooked lying salesmen, servicemen, and managers.\r Clay Munoz is the poorest excuse for customer service i have ever seen. AC was not working, took it in (warranty under Car Care) they found O rings leaking. One week later still not cooling, not they said it was a weld on a tube, Cara Car did not cover hoses, so now I had to pay for the part. Good sales team who does not pressure you into buying. Even after your purchase, they stay in contact with you to make sure everything is going ok. I called a salesmen when I thought my truck was having problems and he was thoughtful enough to call me back 2 days later to follow up with me. Large Dealership - Doesn't Care About Customers 1/16/2008

At this dealership you will only be a number. There is no personal experience, and they really don't care if they get your business or not. I advice you to avoid this dealership at all costs and try a smaller family owned dealership who actually cares about making their customers happy.\r \r If you have a problem that comes up, they would rather go to the next person who doesn't have one, then resolve yours. more
