The Worst! First they will tell you that it will take only 3 days and you will be lucky if you have your computer back in 7 days. When you do get your computer back, check everything! Chances are it will NOT work. I took my computer in (A Sony entertainment model) and when it came back I could not play DVDs or watch TV. Took it back in and a week latter my machine still does not work! They will take your money but the only service you will get in return is something that resembles a ""cat-house special"". Stay as far away from this establishment they have no clue!
