My first experience here was in Dec of 2008. We were looking for a good washer and dryer that would not break the bank. We were not picky and didn't need anything brand new. So the next best thing was a refurbished set and when I walked in I remebered that the salesman put down the phone to help me. He answered a few short questions, returned to the phone, finished the conversation and came right over to help me decide which set was best for me. I remember him giving descriptive details about each set and honest opinion of each brand. I found it to be a very helpful and rewarding experience. We still have the washer and dryer set and they are running very efficiently. \r

My last experience with them last week was also a good one. I forgot about how the warranty worked, but they were upfront and honest about what I would have to pay and what I would not have to pay. The staff is friendly and eager to meet customer expectations. The owner is a real people person and the atmosphere is friendly!! The only problem is the parking lot has a lot of pot holes so you have to be careful when driving in it. And I wish that they did home visits for repairs.
