I actually had a different experience with the same sales guy, Tod. I was referred by a friend, who usually helps me in my computer issues. Tod was very helpful and answered alot of questions that I had without trying to sale me a single product. I ended up getting my computer fixed, though it was suggested that I should get a new computer, but I was trying to be cheap :( and wanted to wait a bit longer. When I did decided to upgrade to a new computer, I went back and was happy. they did not try to sell me the most expensive machine they had, instead helped me find the best one for my lifestyle ( I really only use it to surf the web and write reports and papers). I have since told my other friends to take their computers there and they have been happy too.
