I thought i was the only one that experience their rude behaviour.I think Rochdale Mgmt need to stop using this company. I have to use them because of my directv service. There is no customer service is non-existent. I called a few times as it relates to probblems with my service and nothing was resloved instead I got rudeness. They really need to be reported!!!! As a matter of fact I explained to Directv about their behaviour and they said they would talk to them. However there is no change. I believe until they strat losing customers they will realize they need to change. I am actually in the process of cancelling my service with them, cuz i don't see why i should be paying them for crappy service and rude behaviour!!!
