I tried several times to work directly with my mortgage co and got nowhere, then I tried a fly-by-night modification co that told me everything I wanted to hear, took my money and called me a week later to say they couldn't help me. Then, a friend told me about CP Financial so I called. After giving them my info they told me they were very sure they could help. It took a little time but they were persistent and able to get the lender to really understand my situation and modify my loan. Very professional, polite and hard working!
