As Promised 2/2/2011

I tried several times to work directly with my mortgage co and got nowhere, then I tried a fly-by-night modification co that told me everything I wanted to hear, took my money and called me a week later to say they couldn't help me. Then, a friend told me about CP Financial so I called. After giving them my info they told me they were very sure they could help. It took a little time but they were persistent and able to get the lender to really understand my situation and modify my loan. Very professional, polite and hard working! more

Did what they said? 8/3/2010

I referred someone to this company, and they did exactly what they said they would do for them. They had already went to several other companies, but CP did exactly did what they said they would do, which they acted like was no big deal and that is why I like to work with them. I was a little surprised to find that they were as fast as they were, because they had said it would take a few months and it ended up being only a few weeks. I am very happy that they took care of my family the way they did. more
