After doing our own self diagnosis on on our Whirlpool sport washer with the manual (checking the trap, etc.) we still had problems running a load on any setting other than delicate. The Cody repair man came out and we explained the situation to him. He decided to check the trap. We told him we did that, and the problem still existed. He removed items out of the trap, said the problem was fixed and charged us $80.
To check that the problem was fixed the Cody's rep. would have had to stay around 15 minutes through a normal cycle, which he did not. The problem still exists and we are out $80. When talking to the owner, she said the rep gave us extra benefits by not charging us for cleaning out the trap. The experience was so unpleasant we refused to have the rep come back out and the owner refused to refund our money.
If this is the kind of experience you want when you need your appliance repaired, see Cody's. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.
