Cody's appliance has provided great service for our full-size Viking range for a number of years. Our latest interaction occurred Christmas Eve morning 2013. We called before 9 a.m. and before 11 a.m. Branden arrived, correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired the oven in question. Proof: the wonderful 5-bone prime rib enjoyed by all of us Christmas day. This is typical service from Cody's! more

Cody's is capable of fixing your appliances, but very expensive in my opinion. Make sure you know exactly how much it is going to cost you (in excess of the minimum service call) before they begin the repairs. I feel I was misled by their website regarding pricing and overcharged for services rendered. Therefore, I don't think I will use them again. more

Cody himself was at our home today to make some adjustments to new appliances. We called Cody's to repair one of the doors on our new (6 months old) fridg that was very out of balance. While here, he also re-set the temperature control of our dual ovens to adjust for the altitude of our house that was causing a 20 degree discrepancy (we had no idea you have to compensate for elevation), and also adjusted the ignition on the Viking range that was misfiring. Top notch service and he's so knowledgeable about everything--knows every little trick to make things work right. I highly recommend this company--they're the best! more

After doing our own self diagnosis on on our Whirlpool sport washer with the manual (checking the trap,etc.) we still had problems running a load on any setting other than delicate. The Cody repair man came out and we explained the situation to him. He decided to check the trap. We told him we did that, and the problem still existed. He removed items out of the trap, said the problem was fixed and charged us $80. To check that the problem was fixed the Cody's rep. would have had to stay around 15 minutes through a normal cycle, which he did not. The problem still exists and we are out $80. When talking to the owner, she said the rep gave us extra benefits by not charging us for cleaning out the trap. The experience was so unpleasant we refused to have the rep come back out and the owner refused to refund our money. If this is the kind of experience you want when you need your appliance repaired, see Cody's. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. more
