Toni does not belong at JC Penneys hair salon in Vancouver, she could do red carpet hair, I swear, ...she is a star herself, ...I just moved to Vancouver from Texas and Toni gave me the best hair cut and color I have ever had and I have been getting my hair done monthly for years. . ...I got so many complements from my kids, coworkers, and husband....., thank you so much Toni....I will be a regular now.....others should make an appt with you, and take your advice.....it was more than worth the time for a ""make over"".....THANKS!
