I wish i had a good experience here, but my hair color turned out the opposite I wanted. Reddish highlights looks bad with my complexion, and even though i told the hair styling that i dont want any shades of red, this is exactly what I got. I went back to get it toned but did not work. I am dissapointed with my experience, wish others will better luck! more

BEST Hair Cut and Color Ever-See Toni 2/14/2011

Toni does not belong at JC Penneys hair salon in Vancouver, she could do red carpet hair, I swear, ...she is a star herself, ...I just moved to Vancouver from Texas and Toni gave me the best hair cut and color I have ever had and I have been getting my hair done monthly for years. . ...I got so many complements from my kids, coworkers, and husband....., thank you so much Toni....I will be a regular now.....others should make an appt with you, and take your advice.....it was more than worth the time for a ""make over"".....THANKS! more
