January 14th I had no heat. I had a repair person come to my house at 4pm they said that my furnace was 18 yrs old (I knew that) there was a whole (I visually saw it) in my heat exchanger. The tech said that I should replace the furnace. The tech called into the office. I spoke with a very nice lady she explained the process to me to have an estimate for a new furance. A Sales Rep came to my home. He was fantastic. he told me all of my options from an 80% furnace to a 95.5% gas furnace. Explained the diff. to me. Went over my financing options. It was soooo simple and easy. At that time it was 6pm on a friday night. I was freezing and have 2 small children. The sales person told me that i could have it installed the next day! He personally drove to the distributor and picked up the furanace. I had heat Saturday at 1 in the afternoon. They were awesome. fast. nice,polite and CLEAN......
