Installation of new air conditioner 9/20/2018

I was pleased with the installation of the new York a/c unit and filter. It was tied in cleanly to the existing furnace and blower. The new unit keeps the house cooler with lower electricity consumption than the previous unit. A-Temp showed up on time, completed the job in one day and cleaned up before they left. The price was competitive, and their service has been excellent over the past ten years that we have lived in this house. more

Air Duct Cleaning from A-Temp 9/6/2018

We have been customers of A-Temp since 1999. We have always received prompt and excellent service. Most recently Brandon M. and Omar cleaned our air ducts. They were very pleasant, concerned about our comfort during the process, kept us informed and were very thorough...did everything promised and left everything clean. We are happy to recommend Brandon's work and A-Temp! more

A-Temp Service 2/20/2017

I have been with A-Temp for 20 plus years. In all that time I have never been disappointed with customer service or technical service. Everyone is professional and personable. Technicians always show up within the time frame I was given and they are great at making reminder calls. I'm on their service plan and it has done well for me. Im with my second set of furnace and air conditioner with A-Temp and I will continue with them. more

Atemp 10/5/2016

Pyramid was my main company I went to for 10+Years. I got a letter in the mail from A-Temp and it was for 198 full system tune up. I couldn't believe it so I called set up a appointment and from the office to the tech WOW. What a different vibe and how much easier to work with. It was always someone new every year they were here for like for an hour. Mr Billy was here for like 3 hours and he explained what he was doing. he also took before picture and after pictures what he did. He did an outstanding job so I joined there comfort care plain because I get to have the same tech Mr Billy.Thank you Atemp for your outstanding job more

A-Temp Heating & Cooling - First Year Annual Precision Tune-up 6/14/2016

I had my first year annual precision tune-up and my service pro was Aaron. He was very professional and nice. I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He walked me through how to clean my filters and when was the best time to do it. I would definitely recommend A-Temp Heating and Cooling to my friends and family. more

Annual Maintenance Service - Absolutely No Complaints 3/29/2016

I've used A-Temp for many years and have never had an issue with any of their services. They promptly contact me when service is due on my heat pump or furnace and schedule around my availability. The technicians arrive on time, are super friendly, work hard and report back when they've completed the service. Ann has serviced my furnace and other units and is always professional, knowledgeable and provides feedback on the service and answers questions. This was Arron's first visit and he was everything professional. I would highly recommend A-Temp. more
