First of all ASI is a good company that I believe truly values their employees. They are very loyal to their employees and the company is run with a ""mom and pop"" feel. You will always be able to rest assure that your job is safe.
However their are also some bad qualities you should be aware of. First of all the medical and dental insurance is ridiculous. It is so overpriced that their guards just don't have it. I have worked for at least five posts and have asked dozens of guards and none have the insurance. Most are uninsured which is very scary. I am one of those uninsured. I am hoping my wife finds a job with benefits soon. I need some dental work and am looking at some serious $$
It would be an excellent place to work if they were able to make the health and dental affordable. Otherwise I will always wish I was with a larger company.
