So, yes, I admit that my son parked our vehicle on 90th and I-15 in the old Lowes parking lot. Yes, there were no parking signs there. And yes, my son was at fault. But, to have towing vehicles sitting right there waiting to tow your car, and then charging $214 after 1 hour of parking, is 1) excessive, and 2) morally reprehensible. We called to ""make an appointment"" to get our car out of impound, and they didn't show! I had to call a 2nd time. Then, the driver (Jeff) was really rude about the whole issue. Talk about a dirt bag company!
