My dad always said if you need something done right, find a Mom & Pop store. The Atlantic Luggage repair site, sent me here and I couldn't be more pleased. While my carry-on bag is 10 years old, except for the need of new wheels, it's in great shape.
I left it knowing it might take time to find the parts - up to 10 days, but 2 days after I dropped it off, I received a phone call that my luggage had new wheels. I picked it up today and had a lovely conversation with the owners. This is good workmanship with a small town atmosphere that is so often missing today. Thank you, Thank you.
As I rolled my ""new"" suitcase down the dock here in Sausalito, I was asked where I was coming from. I told them, I was just getting it back from repairs. It's a long trek for me, but I won't hesitate to return should something else need repair. Highly recommended
