I have used Mid America Appliance several times now and I've always apperciated the service I recieve. Yah they do give a window of time mornings 8-12 or afternoons 12-5, I am ok with this because I realize I am not the only person in the world, they are a business and have other customers too. When the tech came to fix my washer, (next day service from the day I called), he explained to me everything he was doing and the problem was caused by a baby's sock that was stuck in the pump, he also told me that was why it was not draining and if I have any additional problems I might need a new pump and gave me an estimate. I'm glad he didn't just say it needs to be replaced cause I haven't had any other draining issues since. He also gave me some advise on HE soap to use and how much, I never knew about oversudzing the unit. I was happy to pay the tech for the s/c and labor because of the excellent service I recieved.
