I recently brought in my Xbox 360 for repair. I was told that I would be contacted once a diagnosis had been made. I was never contacted. In fact, I had to call the store on two occasions to find out that my machine had in fact been checked out, but no one had bothered to call me. Then, I find that the machine had been sent to another store across town in the denver area. I had to wait until it was returned to the original store for pick-up.
