My hair was over bleached by about 10 minutes because hair dresser over lapped another foil job on top of mine. She left me sitting in the chair with foils on too long because she got all involved in her next clients hair. I was about ready to get up and wash it out myself and she called another hairdresser to take out foils and wash. TOO LATE, my hair is fried and all gooey and then she tries to convince me it will snap back with some protein treatments and a cut. This and the color is some whacky blonde that looks so unnatural I feel like Ice on X-Men. My hair is going to be messed up for months and I walked out paying over $200 bucks. Plus $85 for a hair cut and color wash to try to make the color a more natural. YIKES. Terrible. All because the hairdresser underestimated her time with me and took some other client on top of mine. The worst is her patronizing voice of ""I think it looks good on you hun"" OMG! Trying to convince me she did a good job. What a joke!
