I have been going to Toni & Guy for as long as I can remember. Rhonda has always taken great care of my hairstyle needs and is very patient and understanding. I have been going to this salon for over 5 years and love my hair color and style - highly recommend Jamee for hairstyle and Jessica for hair coloring. My grand daughter also goes to Jamee for her hair style cut and has never come away disappointed which is saying alot for a teenager. My hair was over bleached by about 10 minutes because hair dresser over lapped another foil job on top of mine. She left me sitting in the chair with foils on too long because she got all involved in her next clients hair. I was about ready to get up and wash it out myself and she called another hairdresser to take out foils and wash. TOO LATE, my hair is fried and all gooey and then she tries to convince me it will snap back with some protein treatments and a cut. This and the color is some whacky blonde that looks so unnatural I feel like Ice on X-Men. My hair is going to be messed up for months and I walked out paying over $200 bucks. Plus $85 for a hair cut and color wash to try to make the color a more natural. YIKES. Terrible. All because the hairdresser underestimated her time with me and took some other client on top of mine. The worst is her patronizing voice of ""I think it looks good on you hun"" OMG! Trying to convince me she did a good job. What a joke! more

I would highly recommend visiting Tina for haircut. Her cuts are always clean and she's willing to try various techniques to get you what you want... I'd never had my hair razor cut before and turns out it gives the best results for my type of hair. I have recommended several people to her, which are all now clients. Pros: Tina! Cons: Color more

Those of you who are clients of Joseph and Veronica, they have moved. They are now at Koipod on 34th and Belmont. Toni & Guy may or may not give this information to you although they are supposed too. I just got my haircut from Joseph there today. It is a much better environment and in a cool part of town. more

I have traveled all over the country for business and I am often dissapionted by overpriced hair colorists. I tried Veronica at Toni and Guy from a friend's recommendation. She gave me a wonderful color and was very pleasant and knew all of the current trends. She showed me pictures of her work on models and was very fun to chat with too. I have lived in Washington DC; Chicago, IL and Seattle WA. In those places I have paid upwards to $150 for cuts at places profiled by Vogue, Cosmo and Allure and have not been nearly as satisfied as the cut I received at the Clackamas Town Center location by Audrey. I found her after taking my teenage sister in for a cut and was surprised at the technique and booked myself. Pros: The convenient location in the mall Cons: A little no frills... I have been going to Toni and Guy for years, I have the best hair stylist (Corina). I highly recommed her to any one. One time I coould not get in with her and I made the mistake of going to another salon down town and they totally chopped my hair, it was a disaster. And Corina got me in and saved me. I went to this salon after using other Toni&Guy stylists for 10 years. The stylist wasn't there to talk about my hair so the colorist started in. She let me know she was in a bad mood from a previous client. When she finished my hair color was the exact opposite of what we agreed on. It will take years to grow back to normal. The stylist was not who I was scheduled with and I will need to recut it but at since she never saw my hair I think I'm lucky. The salon was filled with milling about staff. I haven't been so disappointed with a salon since 20 years ago, except then I took my chances with a ""school"", whereas here I paid 160$ so some obnoxious kid could play being an artist. Perhaps they're expanding too fast, but one thing I know, I'll never go back. Pros: easy mall parking more

Today I visited Tony and Guy in the Lloyd Center. Abel was my colorist and he did a fantastical job recommending a color that would look great on me and then making it happen. He even added my natural color back to the hair that he didn't weave color into so that my weave actually looked like a weave and not a ""dye job"". Ross was my stylist and he was also very professional and did a great job as well. Everyone that works there was very professional, and friendly.
