Geek Squad has once again failed to keep their promise to.
3 weeks ago today, i gave them my broken HTC surround to get fixed. They told me the wait would be 2-3 weeks at most, and I just called, and they let me know that they are still ordering parts as of 3 days ago, and there isn't even a estimated return date. Meaning it will probably be another 2 weeks. It's ridiculous, I go to college and work, and i need a phone. I'm willing to put a deposit on a loaner phone, and I did, but it happen to also be broken and turns off every 5 minutes.
Long story short, everything they say is a lie and don't take your electronics to them to get fixed, you won't be seeing them for a long time if you do. Or they just won't fix the problem, take your own risk.
I ignored all the negative reviews i've read and heard, and I should have listened they have terrible customer service and no sympathy for their customers.
