My wife and I visited Frank Letta Honda to purchase a new Honda CRV to replace our Honda Accord. I had contacted them on phone prior to our visit and negotiated a price but when we visited the store the salesman didn't recollect our conversation and became very hostile. Same evening we went to Huey's Honda and purchase the Same Vehicle for the price we agreed with Frank Letta Honda. It was a very awful experience and will never purchase any vehicles from Frank Letta Honda.
