Excellent customer service. Jason was very friendly and very professional. There was no pressure but he provided us with so much information about the civic which we were considering. We were considering a toyota as well but after the test drive and the information Jason provided to us about the 2013 civic we were sold. Jason was very down to earth with a no pressure approach. My husband and I were very appreciative of the how Jason worked with us. We would be happy to work with him in the future if we need to buy another car. more

Worst experience at Frank Leta Honda. Think twice before buying a car from them or even having service. Three and half weeks of awful customer service. Have always had Honda's and even bought three cars from them. Never again. Go somewhere else. more

I love Frank Leta Honda. I have been a customer for years, and will continue to be for years to come. Every time I come in for a service, I get free pop-corn, Starbucks coffee, and a wash/vacuum! How can you NOT love Frank Leta Honda! It's true what they say, you ""Can't Beat a Leta""! more

Insulted by the salesman 2/3/2011

My wife and I visited Frank Letta Honda to purchase a new Honda CRV to replace our Honda Accord. I had contacted them on phone prior to our visit and negotiated a price but when we visited the store the salesman didn't recollect our conversation and became very hostile. Same evening we went to Huey's Honda and purchase the Same Vehicle for the price we agreed with Frank Letta Honda. It was a very awful experience and will never purchase any vehicles from Frank Letta Honda. more
