The color and backdrop on my business cards were very different from the proof. When I complained they charged me $80 for new printing. They had also forgetten to include the states listed for service on the proof. On the enclosure cards I ordered they had the wrong fax number. Again, they told me I had to pay $80 additional. That was a total of $160 additional for their printing mistakes. They lost the business card I gave them at the intial intake. Do not use them as they are too busy and very greedy.
