I'm not really too sure why Alicia Champagne had such a bad experience with Minuteman but every time I've gone there they've been an absolute delight! They printed my business cards and letterhead to perfection! I even had J.D. design my logo - it came out great! Their pricing is extremely fair - way better than Staples or Kinkos. Their employees are prompt and professional. I will certainly be back for my next print job - Minuteman Press is a keeper! more

Worst Print Shop Ever! 2/8/2011

The color and backdrop on my business cards were very different from the proof. When I complained they charged me $80 for new printing. They had also forgetten to include the states listed for service on the proof. On the enclosure cards I ordered they had the wrong fax number. Again, they told me I had to pay $80 additional. That was a total of $160 additional for their printing mistakes. They lost the business card I gave them at the intial intake. Do not use them as they are too busy and very greedy.
