I went to see Dr. Phillips, he suggested getting a hearing test. Appointments where made and cards were given to me with times and dates. I arrived on my scheduled day and was told I didn't have an appointment. I showed them the cards and they said it was an error on their part but couldn't accommodate me. Instead gave me a new appointment time for a month later! I told me daughter of what happened and she called to find out what the problem was. She was told that I did have an appointment, but Katherine (the person that was to do the hearing test) called in sick so they cancelled all her appointments for that day. She was also told that they tried calling me to let me know of that.
