Excellent Staff and Excellent Doctors!! 9/2/2011

I've been to see Dr. McLear in this office and from the moment of check-in to the time I checked out, I've never experienced a more positive, happy staff!! He was great and he's seen my mother and my children over the years. Sure, some offices have speed bumps, but our overall experience over the years has been great. I'm in the medical profession myself and am familiar with the type of patient complaints mentioned above. Most times, these are rude and noncompliant patients themselves. I don't know that this is their case, but for me and my family's part, I would recommend Greenville ENT to everyone I ever meet who needs their services. Again, they are wonderful!!! more

Horrible Staff 2/8/2011

I went to see Dr. Phillips, he suggested getting a hearing test. Appointments where made and cards were given to me with times and dates. I arrived on my scheduled day and was told I didn't have an appointment. I showed them the cards and they said it was an error on their part but couldn't accommodate me. Instead gave me a new appointment time for a month later! I told me daughter of what happened and she called to find out what the problem was. She was told that I did have an appointment, but Katherine (the person that was to do the hearing test) called in sick so they cancelled all her appointments for that day. She was also told that they tried calling me to let me know of that. more

pretty poor 4/7/2010

i went in to see dr. phillips on wednesday they did a nose culture and looked at my throat and nose, no one listened to my chest, looked in my ears or did any xrays. i persisted to get worse until friday and had made several calls to the nurse deborah coggins. stated i needed to see someone, almost had to go to the hospital thursday night due to i could not breathe. no one would see me friday, they said they could refer me to an allergist and that was all! i ended up having to go to my family doctor who determined that i had pnuemonia! i had to change all my medications again. I left a message with the operations manager monday this week and never heard back. I JUST heard back from the nose culture tuesday morning!! almost a week later! I believe this was so unprofessional and I just if a client needs to see someone, someone needs to see them that day or get them in. I felt as if i was blown off. . It may have not been the most fault of the dr. but the nurse was very unhelpful more

Unprofessional 2/12/2009

The staff did not return my phone calls. They were rude in person. I was left on hold several times before line dropped. The answering service person was rude. Pros: Doctor was patient and knowledgeable Cons: Staff and answering service was unprofessional more

Wonderful ENT! 11/29/2007

We have seen Dr. Phillips for many problems. My daughter is now 3 but I have entrusted him with her treatments since she was 9 months old. She loves going to see him. He is honest, caring and great with kids (& parents!). I would & do recommend him to everyone that needs an ENT. Pros: Parking is great! Wait is great! Doctor's & staff are great! more

Dr. Brown performed bilateral myringotomy tubes for my then one-year-old. He was wonderful with my son and I will return to him for any ENT concerns. more
