First, I'm not a professional musician. Even though I'm not, and therefore not a steady stream of income, these folks took care of my needs right away. I called ahead and was informed they were busy at the moment but I could leave my daughters guitair and pick it up later. When I arrived, it was not as hectic as earlier and they fixed it up within the hour. That is GREAT customer service. I could not be happier. The cost seemed to be very reasonable too. Thanks to the team at Danny Ray's for excellent customer service.
