I have been bringing my Papillon their since we got her and have never had any problems. In fact, it is because of their amazing staff the she is still alive. When we brought her in for her annual three years ago, we mentioned that Jewels (our pup) had been having accidents all over the house including her bed which is very out of character. They immediately ran tests and determined that she was suffering from a type of kidney failure. Most pups her size do not live past 1 1/2 with this disease and Jewels was at that point 3. The doctors and staff went above and beyond to determine the best course of action, and put her on a special diet and medicine combination. I am ecstatic to say that Jewels will be 6 this summer and she is doing great. Not only will I continue to bring all my animals there, I would recommend them to everyone!! As far as prices, you get what you pay for. For the quality of care you receive, I think the prices are extremely reasonable!!
