My mother has been at Altercare for the past three years. I can only speak highly of the facility. All of the staff, from Housekeeping to Administration know my mother and I on a first name basis. Staff that I havent seen before will always greet my mother as we walk down the hall. I cared for my mother in my home for many years and was very nervous about placing her in a facility. The nursing staff is very attentitive to my needs as well as their administration. The facility is also neat and clean. My mother has not had much of an appetite but the facility always trys to offer her a variety of foods. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.
