I called them because my heater was not putting out warm air guy came out and said a wire was lose but its all good my system works fine. It seemed as if he was right and the wire was just lose but when i awoke in the morning it was 55 in the house and the heater was going full out with no warm air at all. I called and told them I would like somone to come out but there is no way I would pay their 50 dollars for them to show up sence they were just out here and said it was fine but obviosly its not, the manager called me back said the guy did me a favor by not charging me to tighten the screw so I should be happy for that and that he'll send somone when they get a chance. To me that is absolutely unreasonable and I will not be going back to them these people are crazy to think that you need them more then they need you thats just not good practice I will go someware else next time I have any problems with my heating and air conditioning unit.
