I called them because my heater was not putting out warm air guy came out and said a wire was lose but its all good my system works fine. It seemed as if he was right and the wire...

He is that good. He fixed our unit without charge even though our warranty was up. He provided first class service. Because of him, we will recommend Mainstream to every one who asks. more

Prompt service and the tech was very informative ..however, with a little bit more research we could have saved another service call from a bad blower motor which was our problem to begin with. Would reccomend them to others, as the technician was very honest about the air unit we have and the brand that came with the house.. more

During this past heat spell my unit went out. I called first thing on Saturday, just hoping to get someone. After calling around to a few places and get quoted outrageous prices for them to see me on the weekend, I finally found Mainstream. The guy saw me that day, fixed my air conditioner during the same visit and the price he charged me was way below what I thought it would cost. This is a great company! more

Heated Problems 2/10/2011

I called them because my heater was not putting out warm air guy came out and said a wire was lose but its all good my system works fine. It seemed as if he was right and the wire was just lose but when i awoke in the morning it was 55 in the house and the heater was going full out with no warm air at all. I called and told them I would like somone to come out but there is no way I would pay their 50 dollars for them to show up sence they were just out here and said it was fine but obviosly its not, the manager called me back said the guy did me a favor by not charging me to tighten the screw so I should be happy for that and that he'll send somone when they get a chance. To me that is absolutely unreasonable and I will not be going back to them these people are crazy to think that you need them more then they need you thats just not good practice I will go someware else next time I have any problems with my heating and air conditioning unit. more

Beware 1/14/2011

My heat has gone out two Winters. Last year the repair man did not show up after I was put on a list and we froze through the night. A man did come out to repair it after we complained. This year our heat went out again and a man showed up this time, the heat worked for 2 days and stopped again...after I called back and explained the situation, I was told I would get a call from the repair man, but no one called and spent another night without heat. Needless to say I am very unhappy. more

Mainstream heating and cooling is very reliable.They are real nice to you also, if your air conditioning is not working, they will be out to your house to on the job very quickly.I would recommend this to many of people looking for services in heating and air conditioning. more
