I wanted to write a review because I had a great experience at Unruli. Well, it started with a very bad experience. I was a walk in, and it was my first time int he salon. The front desk worker, went to check to see if someone could cut my hair and help me find products. I actually overheard her asking a stylist if she had time, and the stylist sighed, complained about having to do a walk in, and said no- she was on break. Obviously, it made me feel uncomfortable and not welcome. I almost left, except that a manager got involved, and convinced me to stay. She was extremely kind, gracious and took care of the situation... She found another stylist who was excited to do my hair and find my products. I got a great haircut and will return. If you want a good haircut, it is the place to go, but make sure you have an appointment, as the stylists obviously dont like walk ins.
