What a great experience. From the minute you park in the lot you feel at home. Fernando was attentive, funny and knowledgeable. He made the test drive of the Tiguan meaningful and productive. Asked our needs, and wants. Went out of his way to cater to our personalities. Told us not to "over-buy." Can't wait to go back and sign the contract.
