The next day, another Horizon technician arrived with all the parts needed and, within a very short time, had my heater back up and running properly. I can truly tell you that both men were extremely pleasant and professional and obviously knew their profession. I have had various technicians from Horizon at my residence over the years, and at all times have been treated professionally and courteously. I’m sure this is a company goal and tradition and wanted you to know that they have held their end of the bargain. Thank you for your quick attention to my emergency.
