I have dealt with numerous car dealerships over the years and was expecting the same old run around when it was time for me to purchase another vehicle. I was blown away by the customer service I received at Beaverton Honda.
I completed my credit application online because I have some credit issues and I wanted to make sure they could even offer me financing before I went in. I was contacted within an hour of sending in the application to confirm that they recieved the application and getting more information about exactly what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay within.
I went about my day and got periodic updates from the salesman who handled the sale. When I was they confirmed that they could secure financing for me, I went in and was immediately introduced to the Finance Manager who was handling my application. She explained the price range that I could look at and gave me a list of options from their stock based on the interests I'd already expressed.
I was able to walk out to the lot with the salesman I'd been dealing with, look over my options, test drive the vehicles and pick the one I wanted, knowing all along that I was approved. There was never a moment where I felt pressured or pushed or rushed to make a decision.
This is the first time I've ever left a car dealership feeling like I got the best deal I could get and feeling happy about my purchase. There was no stress, no hassle, nothing at all that was negative. I had complete confidence that getting me into the right car was their top priority.
Even when there was something missed in the documentation for me to sign - they went out of their way to hand deliver the documents to me so that I could review them and sign them without having to come back to the dealership. Now that's customer service!
Not only will I definitely purchase from Beaverton Honda again, I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle - new or used.
