Dear Client, At Zoku Salon , quality service, products , and 100% customer satisfaction is our goal. This dedication is what has kept our clients coming back to our owners for over a decade. Due to this standard, we keep a strict policy regarding clients who would like to have any adjustments made. In order to take care of clients, and to distinguish between anonymous, biased reviews from competitors, or disgruntle ex-employees, Zoku Salon keeps a log of any calls coming in regarding complaints. Our policy states, that clients with concerns, should contact the salon with in 48 hours of their services. If adjustment appointments are needed, they will be made upon the clients convenience. This review seems to have been written 9 months after your services, so please bring this to the attention of Adam, our front desk manager and he will waive all time constraints according to the policy.
