This letter is to commend Mgr Marcos Romeu, his staff, Bryan Sheen and the mechanics. I arrived in Florida around the 1st of Jan from my home up North. I had been gone from Florida about 1 an 1/2 months. The first time i had my car back out on the Interstate, I noticed a very severe vibration at 70mph in both the front and the rear. I had purchased the tires from RJ Tires on Grande Oaks Blvd in Estero about 2 years ago and only had about 4000 miles on them. I took the car back to them, explained the vibration situation and they immediately rebalanced the tires, no questions asked. After road testing the tires, the problem was still there. They rebalanced again with the same results. After discussing with Marcos and the mechanic, it was felt that the problem was in the tires and that they had possibly flat spotted due to setting for a while. Marcos then contacted the tire manufacturer and they replaced all 4 tires for a very nominal charge. I was very pleased in the manner in which Marcos and his staff handled this situation. I had fully expected a run-around due to purchasing the tires 2 years ago - but that didn't happen. Mr Rick Johnson, you truely do have a good team here at this store. Marcos, Bryan and the others i dealt with certainly seemed to care about the customer. That is definately refreshing in todays business atmosphere. Do what you have to do to keep these employees - they are taking good care of your business. more
